The Exeter Companies (www.ExeterRealty.co) formed a joint venture with Paradigm Properties (www.paradigmprop.com) to provide distressed real estate workout, restructuring and investment advisory services to debtors, creditors and receivers. Clients included large national banks, regional banks, developers, special services and partnerships. Core expertise included office, industrial, residential, retail and hotel assets. Hotel workout services were provided nationally primarily to commercial banks through a collaborative venture with Bedrock Partners (Paul Novak, Principal). Paradigm-Exeter Advisors also formed a strategic partnership with the corporate restructuring and turnaround management firm, Getzler Henrich (www.getzlerhenrich.com), headquartered in NYC to service the needs of corporate clients nationally with distressed real estate assets on their balance sheets. This strategic partnership continues today as part of The Exeter Companies business focus.
